EMSF (Eglinton Maintenance and Service Facility)
The Eglinton Storage and Maintenance Facility services the Eglinton Crosstown LRT in Toronto. Its 4 buildings are the nerve centre and current western terminus of Toronto's longest LRT line. The LiveRoof Standard installation is the largest in Canada. It functions to control stormwater run-off on the site and provides a visual green space for the developments slated around the site in Weston.
Humber River Regional Hospital

PS 41 in Greenwich Village uses their Green Roof Environmental Literacy Laboratory to enhance hands-on educational opportunities for their students on sustainability, environmental stewardship and urban gardening.

The design team selected three RoofStone colors that complement this apartment building's exterior to create this unique patterned rooftop patio. The green roof area totals 1826 SF, and has many different plant mixes arranged randomly. The patio is made up of pavers in the following colors: Beach Sand (1856 SF), Mocha (620 SF), Charcoal (620 SF).
John Ball Zoo - Meerkat Exhibit

Yorkdale Mall is the largest shopping mall in Toronto. The newest expansion increases floor space by over 200,000 sq ft. The vegetative roof covers more than 1.5 acres or rooftop.
Toronto PanAm Sports Centre
The PanAm Sports Centre is the single largest investment in amateur sport in Canada. The venue consists of two Olympic Standard pools, an Olympic Standard Diving Tank all with seating for 8,000 spectators total. Also included is a field house with 3 gyms, racket sport venue and training facilities as well as the administrative offfices of the Canadian Sports Institute Ontario. The facility is located on a former landfill site at the edge of the campus of the University of Toronto Scarborough and is jointly owned by the City of Toronto and UT Scarborough.
The largest green roof on the facility is located on a sloping roof over the practice pool, the second largest and the third green roof are over the field house. The other two vegetative roofs are over the administrative facilities of CSIO on the northeast side of the building. The remainder of the roof area, over the main pool, is dedicated to a large photovoltaic solar array.
